Inline stats is feature in Chatfuel that lets you measure the performance of your Messenger bot content. Specifically, you can view insights about the number of people who have visited and/or taken action (clicked through) for each block of your chatbot.
The primary use case of inline stats is tracking the success of your sales funnel, helping you identify bottlenecks where subscribers disengage and drop off from the experience. While this feature may seem similar to Chatfuel’s A/B Testing plugin, inline stats should be evaluated as a “bigger picture” view of the customer journey since they do not control for audience size or compare apples-to-apples.
Using the People Tab, you can also view and segment every chatbot user who has either visited or clicked a button on a specific block. This functionality is useful if you’re trying to reengage your most valuable Messenger bot subscribers — whether through broadcasts, Sponsored Messages, or Facebook newsfeed ads.
